A webhook-enabled ring gesture sends your transcript. Another client can send text, too — the ring is optional.
Your agent does the work.
Delegate hands the request to Hermes on your host, with the model, tools and permissions you’ve already chosen.

The public source and install links will follow fresh-host ring, Telegram and restart acceptance. That acceptance is still pending.
Technical details & release status
The clean release is planned under Apache-2.0. Fake-agent fixtures and plugin installation on the clean test host pass; they do not prove a completed ring request or a Telegram reply.
The first release targets the default Hermes profile and one regular Telegram DM. Grok and Muse are separate integrations. A saved ring note alone does not trigger the webhook.
A 202 response means queue acceptance. The personal plugin has no durable outbox or deduplication; inspect the conversation before retrying an ambiguous request.
Installation command preview, for after publication:
hermes plugins install il-figlio/delegate/plugin --no-enablePin the reviewed release commit and configure the webhook before enabling it. The bearer allows requests to your agent; keep it private.
